Looking forward to stop 7 of the Small Horsepower Trail's 2026 season on Watts Bar this Saturday. Custom Bait Works will be sponsoring with a set of custom lures to the first two teams out of the money.

This month we have a set of Custom Bait Works 90mm/3.5 inch Ploppers in a new paint scheme, Goldfish. The Goldfish paint scheme features a chartreuse belly fading up to volunteer orange with a metallic red back. Reach out through Messenger if I can do a project for you.

Side Scan Question

I fish out of a narrow beam Bass Tracker. I was out this morning playing with the my Garmin 93sv with the GT56UHD transducer. When I'm fishing alone my boat definitely sits un-level in the water.

Does anyone know if the transducer sitting un-level will effect the picture I'm getting from Side Scan? Thanks in advance.

Caught the fire out of them this morning! Launched out of Grainger County Park before sunrise and headed to the creeks. Found grass in some of the creeks and the Bass were there. Fluke In the grass was my ticket to the bite today. Hope everyone is having a good day.

We're looking forward to competing this Saturday July, 18th in the Small Horsepower Trail's stop #6 out of Brogans TVA Boat Ramp. Custom Bait Works will once again be sponsoring the first two teams out of the money with a set of lures.

This stop we have a set of Custom Bait Works DT-6 Knockers in Sexy Shad and Greenback Shad with VMC hooks installed. The DT-6 Knocker is a hollow ABS body with one large single ball, adds some noise to your shallow cranking presentation.
