Sabetha Greenhouse My name is Dayra Menold. I grew up in the Sabetha area. I am married to Terry Menold. We have 6 children. We love spending time together as a family!

Harvest Meals… love to use my all in one Burger Sauce! 1/3 cup Mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/2 TPS horseradish, 1 TPS mustard and a little BBQ! Mix it all together and use as needed! Since I season my burgers I do not add seasonings to mix. Keeps in refrigerator so I usually make extra!

I planted 1 plant —- the Seminole Pumpkin! It took over my garden covering approximately 16’x25’!
I noticed they root down at their nodes, this allows increased intake of water and to keep growing! Once I get them all harvested I will have close to 30! Pumpkin recipes, 🥧,🧁, 🍰, 🥤…first up pumpkin latte’! Did anyone else plant this new vine-crop we sold this spring?
