YUM…. Our favorite panini…. Turkey, provolone, feta, cranberry sauce and homemade chunky pesto, that’s why you need 🌿BASIL (made with a blender that is on its last grr)! If you want to make the best toasted sandwich mix some mayo with your butter, spread on outer sides of bread before toasting. Any suggestions on a quality, affordable blender?

Hair done ✔️, visit some of our favorite shops ✔️ (if you haven’t been- they are awesome!) 1. Pan-Asia Supermarket in Overland Park, 2. Tous Les Jours in KC or Lawrence,KS and 3. The Cellar Door Cafe in Lawrence! 😋 …& then kids off to school = more time at greenhouse ✔️ (Fall mum season is right around the corner!)

Homemade pizza—- walk in the door and have delicious homemade pizza made in 1 hour!
Don’t be afraid of yeast- it is super easy!
3/4 cup of water, warmed to 115*, dissolve 1 Tbsp of yeast and 1 tsp. of sugar. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes. The yeast should bubble up. Add 2 cups of flour, 1 Tbsp of oil and 1/2 tsp of salt. Work together. Set in bowl cover for 10-15 minutes. Divide dough into two balls and roll out for a 11” round crust (makes two crust). I like to bake crust for 5 minutes at 400* then pull out of oven add toppings and return to oven for 10-12 minutes! The pizza shown is BBQ chicken, a little pizza sauce, canned shredded chicken drained & broke up, drizzle with Kinders BBQ sauce & top with cheese! 😋

Bobo has a good thing!! But small and packaged—- so I thought I would make a homemade version muffin pan size. I tried the 🍓 strawberry filling piped inside and also by making an indentation on top and filling the well with filling! Either way works! This is a dense, hearty bite perfect with coffee, tea & for breakfast!
