KNIFE SHARPENING THIS THURSDAY: May 21: Get your blades in! Bring them into either location: our NEW Land Park location (3175 Riverside Blvd) OR East Sac (810 Alhambra Blvd) by noon and JB from will sharpen them for pick up by end of day. You will be notified once knives are ready for pick up and you can pick up any time we’re open after you get your notification. Bring in 5 items to sharpen and JB will gift you a very cool, very useful canvas knife roll! A $30 value, this offer ends when supplies run out.

Hey Kitchen Table Friends: WE’RE OPEN in Land Park again! Our new address is 3175 Riverside Blvd, just up the road from our previous address, and right next door to and and across the street from our friends , Mother Goose, and ! Come see us today, Monday, 5/18, from 11:30-5! We’ll be open regular hours from here on out: Tue-Sat, 10-6; Sun+Mon, 11:30-5! See you soon! Can’t wait to show you around our beautiful new space!
Big thank you to the best team in the world who worked tirelessly to move out of our old space AND get the new space ready in record time: we packed up, moved, and set up in just 6 days! Thank you as always to Craftopolis Crafting Club for having such an amazing eye for merchandising and the rest of our team for showing up every day to give so much: I love you guys! . Thank you Meg for holding down the fort at East Sac; to for showing up always at the perfect time to lend a hand; to RashellChoo.com for coming back just in time from her trip to help us get ready on re-opening day and giving me the energy I needed to get through the day; to rie.design for help with the signs! 😄
Our contractor was amazing and worked right up until we opened the doors! He’s been with us ever since we started at that little gray house off of Folsom Blvd and we are so grateful to know him and work with him over these last nine years as we grew.
And very big thanks to my husband and biggest supporter and support, Mr Kitchen Table who retired from his regular job just in time to manage the construction and all the unseen parts of this enterprise that keep it running so smoothly and seemlessly: the WiFi, the POS system, telecoms, security, etc etc etc. I love you very much and definitely could not do it without you.

Hey, heads up Kitchen Table friends: as usual, we’ll be closed for Mother’s Day so be sure to come in and get your last minute shopping in on Saturday, May 9 when we will be open regular hours!
And big news: Our Land Park location is FINALLY moving up the street to our new home at 3175 Riverside Blvd, right next door to and , across the street from Mother Goose Store, , and ! We are so excited to be moving into this fun little corner of Land Park! Our Land Park location will be closed Mon-Wed, 5/11-5/13 to make the move. We’ll hopefully open up by the end of the week, but stay tuned for updates! Meanwhile, our East Sac/810 Alhambra Blvd location will be open regular hours so please go visit us there while we get Land Park ready for you!

New month and a new local artist in our East Sac mini art vending machine! Meet author and illustrator Marni Fylling! Marni’s love of nature inspires her sweet illustrations of wildlife found right here in our Sacramento neighborhoods. Her book makes a wonderful companion to anyone curious about the abundant nature around us and her tide pool guide is a great companion for your summer beach trip! We have signed copies in stock at both our locations!
Come into our East Sac/810 Alhambra Blvd location where 4 quarters will get you one of 10 images, each with a fun neighborhood nature scavenger hunt on the back! A few lucky winners will also get a surprise, generously donated by Marni: a signed book, a mini nature journal or a surprise bird print! No quarters? We have plenty to make change!
