Makers Mart is Sacramento’s most beloved maker fair. Inspired by the creative entrepreneurial spirit of Sacramento, Makers Mart brings together 70+ vendors – a thoughtfully curated slate of craftspeople, bespoke brands, designers, and local shops – to showcase the unique and diverse talent of makers from around the region. Combined with craft cocktails, local beer, handmade tortilla tacos, and a f

ew surprises – from pop-up lounges to floral installation, custom embroidery to street style photo ops – people come to Makers Mart to connect with artists and be inspired. Since Makers Mart was founded in 2009 by Trisha Rhomberg and Whitney Kebschull, it's become known for activating some of Sacramento's unique spaces, bringing together the Northern California creative community to shop local and support businesses. The event wouldn't be possible without the heart and soul of the team, which includes Founder Trisha Rhomberg, Curator/Art Director Beth Pellegrini, Producer Nicole Grant Kriege, and Web/Photo Contributor Celisse Muller.

Now that the dust has settled after the whirlwind wild ride that the holiday season is, we are pleased to announce the winner of our 2025 booth competition to the ever creative and whimsical design project .sac !!!! They had us at painted baguettes shaped as a Christmas tree and the larger than life polka dot bows playfully hung throughout their space. We instantly smiled when we walked by their booth! Alejandra and Luis are not strangers to the makers mart lineup. They’ve been with us since our first holiday market in 2016, as Manjar, echeri, and Alma ceramics. They joined us again this year with their newest creative venture Forma, “blending thoughtful design with local collaboration, Forma is where creativity takes shape and community finds a home.” Naturally, they stole the show. Congratulations!!! We can’t wait to see the magic you bring to Sacramento for 2026. ❤️

As we head into the new year, we just want to reflect on this past event, and how incredibly grateful we are for our community. And our creative community wouldn’t be complete without the queen of glass herself, the one and only . She’s been a part of this event since our first holiday market in 2016!
