🔥 IT'S TIME WE PROPERLY INTRODUCED MOTORHELIX.

We've quietly started adding MotorHelix to Kai's Kollectibles, but we haven't given them a proper introduction on our page yet.

That changes with this RWB Porsche lineup.

MotorHelix brings some seriously impressive detail to 1:64, but one feature immediately caught our attention: these Porsches include separate display engines. 🔧

For diorama collectors, that's almost a 2-for-1. Display the car on its own, then use the detailed engine as a separate garage, workshop or paddock accessory. Considering standalone 1:64 display engines can easily add another $10–$20 to a build, it's a very cool inclusion.

I was this close to passing on a couple of these Almost Real releases... then I saw them together.

Yeah. Nope. Our collectors are going to want these. 😂

Almost Real and KAIZO have put together a seriously good-looking Porsche lineup, from full GT3 R race liveries to some wild RWB builds.

💙 THIS RWB STOPPED ME IN MY TRACKS.

Out of everything I saw at FuelFest Pleasanton, these two RWBs were easily among my favorites.

Both were incredibly clean, but that blue 911 was something else. The color was unbelievably deep in person, and the way it played against the RWB bodywork made it hard to walk away without taking another picture.

Building an RWB is firmly on my automotive bucket list someday, and after seeing this one in person, this shade of blue immediately earned a spot in my top three. 💙

The black RWB wasn't exactly easy to ignore either. Two completely different looks, both done right.

🏁 MORE FROM FUELFEST PLEASANTON

A little more of what caught our eye at FuelFest - incredible builds, packed crowds, and of course, plenty of tire smoke. 💨

This one is more of a quick look around the show, mixing some of our favorite shots from the day with a little drifting action because... well, how could we not?

We still have a LOT more from FuelFest to share. Hundreds of photos later, we're slowly working our way through them and getting some practice in with DaVinci and Lightroom along the way.

One of the things we want to do more with Kai's Kollectibles is share the real car culture behind the models we collect, especially from events right here in Northern California.

It might not look like a traditional warehouse around here yet, but this is what growing a diecast business looks like behind the scenes.

Boxes of Mini GT, Kaido House, Tarmac Works, Jada and more have been arriving, including plenty of long-awaited pre-orders that are finally making their way to collectors.

What started small continues to grow one shipment, one preorder and one collector at a time. We appreciate every one of you who's been along for the ride.
