We are Dennis and Debra Himes, a dynamic husband and wife duo working together in the beautiful town of Stanwood, Michigan. We have been creating with kilnformed glass for 16 years and we absolutely love it! Our passion for this medium has led us to explore and experiment with different techniques and styles, allowing us to continuously evolve as artists.

We are fortunate to have our work recognized and honored with various awards, and we are proud to have our pieces displayed at prestigious locations such as the Blue Heron Gallery in Elk Rapids and the SVSU Marshall Fredericks museum gift shop in Saginaw.

Our love for nature, vibrant colors, and geometric shapes inspire us to push the boundaries with our glass creations, creating unique and eye-catching pieces that are sure to spark joy and conversation.

This piece, “Into the Mystic”, will be headed to the annual art auction at Saginaw Valley State University. You can join in the fun by attending the Saints and Sinners Gala on September 27th. You can also go online and look at the items for bid. It’s our onetime to dress up so we will be there!
