Vassar’s Kill the Hill 5k Run & Walk Event! 🏃‍♀️🏃🏃‍♂️

Had a great time setting up the decor for Vassar’s first annual 5k event today!

We had put together a backdrop photo station with the event’s logo, four massive balloon columns, and a face cut-out station for the runners and guests to take photos at!

Then we volunteered and did face painting for the kiddos throughout the entire event. (Those kiddos were relentless! I was face painting nonstop!) 😂

The run had a great turnout- can’t wait to be back for next year!

Here is some behind-the-scenes footage of me, restoring one of our newest additions to our inventory!

This beautiful wood top, rustic/industrial table is perfect for a sweetheart table! It will match our 8ft wood tops for guests, as well as our wooden folding chairs.

Don’t need a sweetheart table? This table can do more since it can be raised up higher ideal for desserts, charcuterie, gifts, and more!

🏃‍♂️‍➡️🏃‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️ I’m prepping this for our vendor display at Vassar’s Kill the Hill 5K Run & Walk that is coming up this Sunday, September 20, 2026. 🏃‍♂️🏃🏃‍♀️

We will be one of their ✨Copper Sponsors✨ (fitting, right?) We’re providing their start and finish line arch, photo-op backdrops, linens, balloon decor, and face painting.

You can still register and there will be cash and raffle prizes for select participants!

Anyone who books their upcoming wedding, shower, birthday, or event at the 5K will receive 10% OFF their booking!
