When Pink Was Just a Color!🎀
We lose innocence the way this bubble forms. All at once. 🩷
One breath you’re blowing pink for the joy of it. Color is just color. Your whole face is lit up and you don’t know it’s the last time it’ll feel that simple. The next breath, the world is grayscale. Not because color left, but because you learned to see the shadows. 🌿
Childhood isn’t stolen slowly. It pops. And suddenly you’re left holding the taste of it in your mouth, trying to remember what it felt like when pink didn’t mean anything except fun. When your hair could be wild and it wasn’t a statement. When a bubble was just a bubble, not a metaphor for everything fragile you’re learning to carry.🐝
This is that in-between second. The color hasn’t drained yet. The gray is already here. And she’s suspended right in it, mid-breath, with the whole weight of growing up pressing on her lips. 💋
We process it all at once because that’s how it happens. One day you’re in it. The next day you’re remembering it.🦊🍄🌻🐻
