This role includes cultivating and managing plant propagation processes to support our nursery and greenhouse operations. We came. We saw. We got out of the mud. (Not sure how to say that in Latin).

Last week the Kankakee Nursery sales team gathered at the nursery for our annual summit. Despite it quite possibly being the muddiest one ever, it was full of thousands of outstanding plants, engaging and high-level conversations between sales and production, customer feedback reviews, intense games of foosball and ping-pong, and the cherry on top: an unplanned team-building activity (swipe to the end and thanks to Beto for the assist).

We are proud to have a sales team that is not only highly knowledgeable of horticulture, but more importantly to us, high-character people that take pride in helping our customers succeed. And while we have a lot of fun at Kankakee, these days are planned to help not only sales, but our entire team serve you better.
