We are on our way to Retro Horror Con !! And what better way to announce our arrival, then to show the artwork for everyone’s favorite demonic as***le, Steamboat Willie!! Come on by the booth and check out the prototypes and Grindhouse Toys Video Store. We will have shirts, posters and some World War HELL buddies for sale! Everyone is always asking me to rerun the sold out Necromancer. I always tell them, I’m sorry, I’m just not going to be rerunning that figure. But…. I never said I wouldn’t make a new NECROMANCER!!! This bad boy utilizes the new tooling from World War HELL! Translucent parts? Check! Soft goods? Check! Bad attitude? Double check! Keep your eyes peeled for more information in the future!

Here is the finished paint master I did for The Order! BigBadWorkShop unveiled this beauty at SDCC but I completely forgot to bring the unmasked head. So here she is in all of her divine glory!! I had the honor of helping design her with Fresh Monkey Fiction , Dan Mitchell and Gentle Giant, LTD . This figure is going to look sick joining the ranks of Operation Monster Force!

SDCC is over and what a whirlwind. Holy s**t is it a good time though. I was honored to take part in the Indie Toy Makers Unite! toy panel again, surrounded by some of the most talented creators in the industry. Thank you to BigBadWorkShop for inviting me to work the booth and for all of their hospitality. Thank you to Gavin Hignight for inviting me to join the Indie Toy Panel. And thank you to everyone that came by, said hi or just shot the s**t talking toys. These shows are all about the people and I am so fortunate to know so many cool ones!

The newest wave of figures are arriving now!! So I figured it was the perfect time to share the 2-UP paint master I completed back in April of 2024! This is General Mortifero unmasked with his tattooed skull face! The original concept was submitted by David Emmanuelli Martinez, Designed by , sculpted by Mike Good with accessories by !Carson tells me that this is the bonus 20th figure for all in backers and will be available as an upgrade at a future date. This was a fun one to work on and looking forward to more figures from Operation Recall! BTW the white shipper box he comes in, utilizes my spray painted “art” from when I made my Dark Reaper chest piece based on Chad LaForce’s logo!

Here is the paint master for Larry Hama’s Fury Force Revenant (formally known as Spook). This may be one of coolest figures I’ve ever gotten to work on! I not only got to paint this bad boy but I also did the art direction on him! Originally he was going to be in a green uniform, but this is the bad ass of the team so I felt he should be rocking some tiger stripe and two tone jungle boots! I added the Mac-V Sog patch and made his name tape look like he burned off the text. The bandages needed to look dirty and grimy, which I think really adds to the (don’t F with this guy mentality). Finishing him off, I felt he should have some hemorrhaged eyes, to give him that blood shot eye look. Hope you all like it and I can’t wait to get this figure!! Body sculpt by the amazing .
