Taking a multi-generational family recipe and building upon it to bring family and friends a variety of toffee combinations to delight the senses. I remember the first time, at the age of 6, when I helped my mother make my great-great-uncle’s Almond Toffee recipe brought all the way over from the old country. I remember the time and love that went into making each

individual batch and the sense of accomplishment when I was finally able to make it all on my own. Over the years I have been able to perfect my technique in making a beautiful blend of crunch and smooth buttery texture. Every year, as the holiday’s draw near, everyone starts asking if I am bringing toffee to the different functions and gatherings. After many years of having family and friends telling me that I should sell my toffee, I have finally decided to share my creations with everyone, not just a lucky few. I make my toffee with the finest, natural ingredients one small batch at a time. The chocolate is a blend of milk and dark chocolate. For the dark chocolate lover’s out there just put in a request, I will be happy to accommodate.
