We have a happy little supervisor in the shop today.

We are still running by appointments so that we can guarantee someone is at the shop when you come by to pick up orders, drop off and/or want to discuss project planning and orders.

We do not have a set schedule yet as sometimes the fear of missing out in the life of a baby is very strong and we may have some melt downs that require naps to happen at home.

We do try to have someone in right at 10 AM and have someone stay until 4 PM. We do lock the door when we cannot provide our full attention to the front door so that we don’t have anyone tracking through our production area. Sometimes processes that we do within the shop are very loud and we just cannot hear the door or the phone.

Cameron and I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to each of you for your continued business, support, and understanding, particularly over the past six weeks since the arrival of our new addition, Vada.

A friendly reminder that we operate on an appointment-only basis. While we may be in the office during our previously normal business hours, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure our availability for project discussions, item drop-offs, and pick-ups. As I (Ashley) am frequently out of the office attending to our new baby, I often have the office cell phone with me. Text messaging is the most efficient way to reach me, as I may not always be able to answer calls.

Back at it

Our newest team member, Vada, arrived at 2:43 AM on June 23rd. While her birth did not go as planned, (ended up in an emergency c-section), we are relieved that everyone is happy and healthy. However, my recovery time will be more complicated and prolonged. Please be assured that our operations will continue uninterrupted, thanks to the support of Cameron, Jaxson, and other team members who will assume additional responsibilities. We appreciate your patience as we take the remainder of the week off. We had temporarily removed listings to ensure our availability for Vada's arrival and planned to reinstate them on Friday, June 26th. We now request your patience for a brief additional period, until Vada and I return home. We will ensure that all listings are reinstated and thoroughly tested by Monday, June 29th, at 7 PM at the latest. We are grateful for your ongoing support and look forward to continuing to serve our community.

We are temporarily removing apparel shop listings from our website. They will be reinstated for purchase on Friday, June 26th. Please be advised that our communication channels, including phone calls, texts, Facebook messages, and emails, will likely be unavailable from Monday, June 22nd to June 28th as we welcome a new addition to our family. We will respond to your messages and calls as soon as possible, but kindly request a brief period of time to focus on this personal milestone.

Important Notice: Orders exceeding 183 days MUST be settled by this Friday, June 12th at 3 PM.

To ensure a seamless pickup experience, kindly schedule an appointment at https://www.307designsne.com/appointment-booking, ensuring Cameron or a representative is available to assist you. Furthermore, all orders marked 'ready for pickup' or notified via email must be collected by June 19th, 2 PM, at the latest.

Please note that from June 22nd, our regular business hours will be suspended for 6-8 weeks. Although we won't have set hours, our business will remain operational, and we'll respond to emails, Facebook messages, calls, and texts within 24-48 business hours. We'll announce our return to regular hours and provide updated schedules once they're re-established.

We have roughly 2 WEEKS before baby girl makes her arrival. Today is the day to sneak in a racing apparel order so we can batch print prior to Cameron taking a little time off after she arrives to enjoy our new little one into our family.

We will continue working throughout the rest of my pregnancy and my postpartum. Cameron does intend on being here the majority of the time but we also want to be able to take some time with our family and our new arrival.

Please note that we are by appointment only starting June 22nd until further notice while we adjust to life with a newborn. It’s been 14.5 years since we have had one of those so it almost feels like we are new parents all over again. Appointments make it easy for us to guarantee our availability for pick ups, drop offs, in person consultations, etc. We hope that we don’t have anyone make a trip to our shop and us not be here. We are also doing appointments currently just in case if someone wants to make her arrival sooner than later.
