Highland Woven Flannels by Art Gallery Fabrics are yummy soft! It was fun to work with a variety of the fabrics while making this quilt for the Lookbook.

Have you had a chance to work with them yet? There are a variety of different textures in this collection of flannels. All of AGF’s flannels are amazing! You will definitely want to check them out.

I know… the Lookbook has been out for a bit and the fabrics are in shops already but friends, life happens and I keep telling myself I’m going to get my posts going again. So here’s to hopefully catching up!

This is my January UFO finish! 🎉
With days to spare I actually got this queen sized Esther Quilt completed!

When I started this quilt it was just a throw size but in the end I just love the pattern and Maeve fabrics by so much I had to get more fabric and make it queen sized for my daughters bed.

So excited to finally share these little cuties! I gifted these to a few friends for Christmas and now I need to make myself one. ❤️ I’ve been holding on to this pattern for awhile now and finally got around to making them.

It is such a fun and simple pattern. I can see why you end up with a whole strawberry pouch garden in the end because they are so fun to make!

Time to reshare my quilt. I just love it so much. It makes me so happy! I’m excited to make another one this year!

I just love fabrics and it’s so fun to fussy cut for the centers.

Should I do another ombré look or something different? I will have around 275 blocks to play with after this current swap. 🥰

If you want to make a Ruby Star economy block quilt for yourself watch for the next swap from I don’t know how she does it but she has mastered the art of swamping a million economy blocks.

Guess what I joined again this winter? The hosted by 🎉

This is one of my very favorite block swaps. I think this is my third or fourth time doing it and I can’t wait to do it again. Yes, I am saying this before I even send in my blocks.

I made 15 sets of economy blocks this time around. I originally was aiming for 18 sets but landed on 15. I can’t wait to get these swapped and see what I get in return!

It’s been awhile, but I wanted to share this amazing quilt I made earlier this year while it’s December. This is the Nutcracker BOM from 🌲

This is a fun quilt to make using FPP. While some of the blocks like the nutcracker have a lot of small pieces it comes together pretty quickly and beautifully. If you didn’t start this quilt this year I suggest adding it to your list to make next year!

I had one of my dear friends do the quilting. Isn’t it fabulous? I knew I wanted this one custom quilted and she blew me away with her creativity and perfectionism.

Almost a whole year has went by from when I started making and submitting blocks for last spring.

I am happy to say it is finally in the quilting phase. It has been ready to quilt for months, I just haven’t got around to quilting it. I found some fabulous teal Minky that I just had to use. I am using a fun diamond panto and can’t wait to show it to you when I pull it off the longarm!

I did another swap last fall with and I have those blocks ready for when she does another swap and I can add them all together to make another quilt! It’s so fun to see all of the Ruby Star prints from over the years!

Maybe I will share a few of my favorite blocks from this quilt!

Anyone else a hoarder of fabrics?? I tend to find myself purchasing double the fabric of each collection so I can hoard some away and play with the rest! 🥰

Last Saturday was my mother’s birthday. I decided she needed an All The Things Tote bag.

I love how quick and easy this bag is to make. I had this floral blue canvas from the AGF True Blue collection by laying around in the “to be turned into something someday pile” and it was perfect! It is totally my mom. I ended up throwing a fun print on the inside just to put a pop of me in it as well.

If you need a quick tote bag/throw all the things into bag, this is the bag to make! Honestly made it in a just a couple hours with quilting the panel and everything!
