I Would like to say congrats to Kerry from Fiddlehoper farms she is now supplying American Arrow in St. Johns with her Pepperoni Cheese Bread, Jalapeno Cheese Bread and her French Bread.

Now you can get her bread in town any day of the week that American Arrow is open.

If you have never tried Kerry's Bread i highly recommend trying the Pepperoni Cheese Bread First all of her breads are amazing.

Basic Training - (Mild)
This is a Mild BBQ Sauce, This sauce has a little Zing to it but no heat and was made for Pork (Great on Pulled Pork), Any Style of Chicken from Wings to Breasts, Pork Ribs and Any Style Beef.

PT (Jalapeno BBQ Sauce) Our Newest Sauce -
This is a Mild BBQ Sauce with a nice blend and kick of Jalapeno Peppers, This sauce is great on any type of Pork, Beef and Chicken some also use it as a dip.

A.I.T - (Jalapeno Green Sauce)
This is Great Jalapeno Green Sauce, This is an Excellent Green Sauce for Enchiladas, Tamales almost any Mexican Style Dishes as well as American dishes and as a dip.

SeaBee - (Honey BBQ)
This is a Great Sauce that has a little bit of a Tangy but yet Sweet taste with the Wildflower Honey that this Sauce is made with, It goes great on any type of Pork, Beef and Chicken.

Air Assault - (Chipotle)
This is a Chipotle Based Sauce it has a Little bit of a Sweet Start with a Nice heat (Chipotle) Kick at the end and designed for Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken and St. Louis Style Ribs but goes very well with any Meat Dish.

Sergeant Major - (Habanero Based)
This Sauce has a very nice Sweet start with a well balanced Habanero Heat Kick at the end and this sauce also goes great with Any Pork (Ribs), Chicken and Beef (Ribs) Dishes I have a couple customers that have used this sauce on everything from Eggs to Hot Dogs to Chili.

Starting this Saturday 2/12/22 I will be carrying Pure Wildflower Honey.

I will only be selling this at the St. Johns Pop-Up Farmers Market because Debbie is already selling Honey at the Witch Well Farmers Market and I don't like to sell a food item that another vendor has already been selling for a long time.

Hello Everyone, Just letting everyone know that you don't have to wait until Saturday or Sunday to get my Sauces at either the Witch Well (Saturday's when I set up there) or the St. Johns Pop-Up Farmers Market in town every weekend, You can now pick up my Sauces Monday - Saturday at the American Arrow Meat Market in St. Johns, and also if everything go as expected I will start carrying Honey starting Friday 02/11/2022 and that will also be at American Arrow but I will post to confirm this on Thursday.

You can also message me here if you want 1 Pint or 1 Quart Jars of sauce (American Arrow is only Carrying 1/2 Pints until Spring and Summer Hits and more people start BBQing more often and have a need for the bigger jars) and I can meet you in Town or in Witch Well or if you are to far away you can order at screamingeaglebbqsauces.square.site, I ship anywhere in the USA.

I Am rolling out my Newest Sauce on Saturday 2/5/22, A couple friends helped me come up with the new name which is "Sergeant Major".

This Sauce has had the best reviews out of all my Sauces so far, I asked 10 people to try it and 9 of the 10 people that tried it asked me for jars right away the 10th wanted some as soon as i started doing the Batch Runs.

This sauce has a very nice Sweet Start that turns to a very nice well balanced kick of the Habanero Heat, I Guess you could say it is similar to my Air Assault as it starts with a little sweetness with a kick at the end Sergeant Major has more sweetness and a much better kick as it has Habanero for the heat and the Air Assault has Chipotle Peppers as the heat.

Just an Update, It seems that my new Red Sauce (PFC) is being well received and I have started on Developing 2 more Sauces.

One will be a Honey BBQ Sauce still working on a Name for this one and the Target date for this sauce to roll out is sometime between February 15th and March 1st.

The second Sauce is going to be Hot one of the Peppers I will be using will be Habanero's and will be using a combination of one or two other peppers and will not roll it out until I have the heat level I am looking for but I assure you this one will have one hell of a kick.
