The Toy Company features specialty toys that are kid-powered, creative, and durable. In-store play stations give children hands-on experiences so parents shop knowing their children are safe and happy. They can also see which toys their children are most drawn to. Books, music and toys for every season add to every customer's delight. A staff of kid-loving adults and teenagers are always available to answer questions or help you find the perfect gift. Customers often mention how much they appreciate all of The Toy Company's customer services. The restroom has a changing table, phone and e-mail orders are handled with ease, and gift wrapping is fast and free! The high purple tin ceiling and exposed brick walls give The Toy Company a warm 'Norman Rockwell' feeling. Important Store Policy Update: Squishy Returns
Effective immediately, we will no longer accept returns or offer refunds for squishies that have pinholes or needle punctures.
Please make your young squishy enthusiasts aware: squishies do not have self-sealing outer skins.
While viral hacks or DIY repair tricks online suggest that squeezing, injecting air, or popping a pin into them will “fix” or reinflate them without damage, punctures permanently break the exterior membrane. While it might occasionally work out at home, we cannot take responsibility or replace items when these experiments result in leaks, tears, or deflated toys.
To keep your squishies in top shape, please keep needles, pins, and sharp objects away from them.
Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support!
