Fresh from the flower field! 🌸 I picked these colorful zinnias and cosmos for tomorrow’s bouquets. I even caught a bee enjoying one of the cosmos while I was gathering flowers. 🐝

From buckets of blooms to bouquets made for one of life’s most meaningful moments. 💐

Each bouquet was designed by hand with vibrant zinnias, rich dahlias, delicate feverfew and thoughtful touches of hunter green and gold for Rachel and Jesse’s wedding day. 💚✨

Wow!! Thank you again so much Amy! Everything was so gorgeous and everyone who wanted some got to take home a small bouquet. I’m going to keep my bouquet forever though! It’s so gorgeous and even more perfect than I could have imagined! Thanks again so much!

From seed to celebration. 🌱💐

These zinnias were planted and lovingly grown with this wedding in mind. Through every stage—from choosing the seeds and tending the plants to harvesting each bloom and arranging the final bouquets—they carried a purpose.

Despite a challenging growing season, the garden provided beautiful colors, textures and even those special green zinnias to complement the couple’s hunter green and gold wedding colors.

There is something especially meaningful about watching flowers grow here on the farm and then seeing them become part of one of life’s most treasured moments. Congratulations to the newlyweds! May your marriage continue to bloom with love, joy and beautiful memories. 💚💛

🌻 My First Legacy Workshop 🌻

Today I had the honor of leading my first Legacy Workshop at Sterling Park Assisted & Independent Living.

Residents created framed “My Favorite Things” keepsakes filled with the flowers, songs, places, traditions, advice, and memories that make each person’s story unique. We talked, laughed, decorated, and learned a little more about one another along the way.

One resident needed extra help completing hers, so we worked on it together. When it was time for photos, she made sure I was included. That moment touched my heart because it captured what these workshops are meant to create: connection, dignity, joy, and the feeling of being truly seen.

Watching the residents proudly hold their finished keepsakes reminded me that every life holds stories worth remembering.

Thank you to Sterling Park for welcoming me and Holistic Flower Farm into your community. This was the first Legacy Workshop, and I hope it is the beginning of many more. 🥰

Legacy Flowers 🌻

For my aunt’s funeral, I wanted to create more than traditional sympathy arrangements. I wanted the flowers to reflect her life, the things she loved, and the memories our family will continue to carry.

I created two personalized tributes: a fresh-flower arrangement surrounding her memorial plaque and a living-plant basket that can continue growing after the funeral. The sunflowers, colorful blooms, birds, ribbon, and meaningful details were chosen to help tell her story.

This is the heart behind Legacy Flowers—custom floral and living tributes created to honor not only that someone lived, but who they were and what they meant to the people who loved them.

Flowers help us honor the moment. Legacy helps us remember the story. 💛
