We were honored and excited to be part of Foley High School’s Career Day! 🎓

What a great opportunity to share our passion for the smart home technology industry and give the next generation a glimpse into the exciting career opportunities available in our field!

We love investing in our local community and inspiring future talent. Who knows, we may have met a future member of the AVX team! 💙

Thank you, Foley High School, for inviting us to be part of this great event!

Kickoff in ten minutes. A full living room. Three remotes on the coffee table, and nobody’s sure which one turns on the TV.

Game day at the cabin goes much more smoothly when one button handles it. The lights dim, the big screen comes on, the sound is ready, and the temperature is set for a room full of people. You stop playing tech support and actually get to watch the game.

When you’re a husband-and-wife team running a business together, date night looks a little different!

A big thank you to Falcon National Bank for hosting a fantastic Saint Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event! The food from Three Tees Golf Social and Manea's Meats was absolutely delicious, and the Iron Street Distillery beverages were perfect!

We love opportunities to connect with our local business community while sneaking in a little date night, too!

Fall evenings by the fire pit are hard to beat. Good music, a few friends, and nobody getting up to fiddle with a Bluetooth speaker.

The usual setup at the lake is one speaker on the deck railing, turned up loud enough to reach the dock. The people next to it get blasted, the people by the water mostly hear bass, and the neighbors across the bay hear every song. A few smaller speakers placed where you actually gather keep the music even, at a volume you can still talk over.

Here’s how it works, and what to think about before next dock season: https://bit.ly/4eGB7W9

Closing up the cabin for the season should feel like a deep breath, not a long checklist.

With a Control4 system, you can lock up, turn the heat down to a safe setting, and check the cameras from your phone on the drive home. If the temperature dips too low while you're gone, you'll get an alert before a frozen pipe becomes a real problem.

Ever pause a movie because you missed half the dialogue, then crank the volume up only to get blasted by the next scene?

That's usually a speaker problem, not a TV problem. A dedicated home theater setup spreads the sound across several speakers, so voices stay clear and the big moments still hit without you reaching for the remote. Even a simple layout with front, center, and surround speakers plus a subwoofer changes how movie night feels.

As we enter the most exciting parts of the fall season, we want to thank our customers for your support, business, and kind words like this! These are the ideals we aim for.

You can enjoy the beautiful views without worrying about harsh afternoon sunlight or your furniture fading.

Hunter Douglas motorized shades look great and help you control light, keep your home comfortable, protect against UV rays, and save energy. With PowerView Automation, you can easily set your shades to open with the sunrise or close during the hottest part of the day.

Fall and winter travel should come with fewer worries.
