Sorry to report but we have closed our Taylor Blvd. location. Our Hunsinger Lane store is still open and going strong.

We are looking for a new member to our team to help our customers with the parts to repair their appliances. It will be part time so if you are looking for a fulfilling position come and talk to us. We strive to have a stress free environment. We try to keep things simple and easy for us and our customers. Experience is not necessary but very helpful. Must have some experience with computers.

HI! We are open for all your parts needs. If you are uncomfortable entering our stores and have parts you need checked we can help. Call us from your car after you have put the parts on your hood. We will come out and check your parts and tell you if they are good or bad. We have disinfectant wipes to clean anything we touch. We can take your credit card over the phone and finish the transaction. No contact parts sales! Thanks for checking us out. A little about us

Derby City was founded in 1978, then was totally sold in 2007 and cultivated from there. This was a much needed addition to the area, as there were not an abundance of this type of store. Even now, we are one of three appliance parts stores in the city of Louisville and we are proud to say we are family owned and operated.

We have two store locations. 3020 Hunsinger Ln., Louisville, KY 40220 and 4142 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY 40215. Both stores are owned and operated under the same umbrella.

We have built a reputation over the 40 years this store has been open to always maintain a personal, yet professional relationship with our customers. Whether that be your everyday person or your businesses. We want very much for you to feel like family.

If you have a part that you are not sure if it is bad such as a capacitor, thermostats, heating elements, etc. Feel free to bring them in and we will be glad to test it for you.
