Vendor applications for the 2026 European Christmas Market are now LIVE! ✨🎄

Entering its 13th season, the European Christmas Market at Union Depot has become one of Saint Paul’s most beloved holiday traditions and one of the country’s top-ranked Christmas Markets—welcoming more than 230,000 visitors each season.

We are now accepting applications from artisans, makers, specialty food vendors, and businesses that reflect the handmade, authentic spirit of the traditional European Christmas Market experience.

New to the Market? The European Christmas Market is a family-friendly outdoor holiday market held at Union Depot, inspired by the centuries-old Christkindl Markets of Europe.

A highlight for many is Glühwein, a traditional mulled wine that dates back to medieval Europe, when warm, spiced wine was enjoyed during the winter months. Today, it remains a staple of holiday markets—bringing warmth, flavor, and a sense of tradition to the season.

Sunday, December 21 is the LAST DAY of the European Christmas Market for the year! It also coincides with the Winter Solstice—the shortest day of the year.

From the very beginning, the Market has been about togetherness and celebration as we move into the colder days and longer nights of winter.

We’re also excited to welcome a special guest on Sunday: Renate Sharpe, the Founder of the European Christmas Market.

Join us for one final day of European Christmas Market festivities as we close out this year’s Market together.
