Motherhood is so darn exhausting and wonderful all at the same time. I often think about how much I need a break during the day, but then when I actually get one I feel guilty. Seriously what I wrong with me?
Does anyone else struggle with this feeling? I need suggestions to lesson my mom guilt.

Check out Midwest Doula's blog to learn more about placenta encapsulation. I must confess that I did not know much before reading it (b**bs, not placentas are my area of expertise 😂 ), but now I have been enlightened.

Wise words from the fantastic "It's amazing to think for the past five years, I have been pregnant for 18 months total and have breastfed for a total of 3 years and 4 months. I am still counting the months with Cole and plan to continue on for a while. 💛Breastfeeding and pumping are a labor of love! Although, I do have to say that I am looking forward to the day that I can detox again and not have to take pump breaks at work.😆 But, boy do these days go by so dang fast and I am extremely grateful for being able to nourish my boys and enjoy the extra cuddles and bonding time that breastfeeding provides! I have even donated over 500 oz and plan on doing more. It helps that I am an overproducer, but that can bring on its own set of challenges as well..Sometimes, you just need to look back on your journey and see how far you have come! ✨💖There is so much power in that women are amazing!. And if you are a mom struggling, you got this!💪"
