North Beach Windsurfing is looking for a full-time Warehouse / Shipping Manager to join our crew! We’re passionate about getting people on the water and need someone who can keep our gear flowing smoothly from our shop to our customers.

What you’ll do:
-Pack and ship orders using the most efficient, reliable shipping methods
-Make our customers stoked by getting their gear to them quickly and in great condition
-Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and running smoothly
-Help manage inventory and track stock levels
-Handle and move large boxes (windsurf boards and gear) – sometimes 50+ lbs

What we’re looking for:
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to safely lift and move large packages
-Reliable, motivated, and a team player
-Shipping, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus (but not required)
-Must work in person at our St. Pete Beach store
