Norlander Sock Company Since 2005, we’ve been making soft, luxurious socks using alpaca fiber from happy alpacas at our M Our Socks are 48% Alpaca 40% Acrylic 8% Nylon and 4% Elastic.

Norlander Sock Company is a division of Alpacas Midwest, one of the first Alpaca farms in Missouri. Our socks are made of the finest Alpaca fiber from happy Alpacas on our Missouri farm. Alpaca socks will keep your feet warm and dry in cold weather and, because our fibers are breathable, you feet will be comfortable even in warm weather. The Alpaca is a beautiful gentle animal from South America.

They are known for the fiber, harvested annually. Alpaca fiber is naturally hypoallergenic, strong, and hollow so the garments made from them are warmer than other natural fibers.
