These tracks tell a story. Sea turtle hatchlings naturally use the light over the horizon to guide them toward the ocean. Artificial lights from homes, businesses, flashlights and phones can confuse them, causing them to head in the wrong direction.

šŸŒ™ During hatching season, keep the beach dark and give these little ones their best chance to find the sea. šŸŒŠ
