I paid $5 for this at a flea market because I simply liked the fox. 🦊

I brought it home, started looking a little closer…and realized this might have been a MUCH better find than I thought. šŸ‘€

Sometimes you buy with absolutely no research, no comps, no plan — just because something speaks to you.

Apparently my $5 flea market fox had something to say. šŸ˜‚

Would you have grabbed it?

woke up to one of the best notifications an Etsy seller can get—a full-price sale! šŸ’•

This 36-inch vintage pink lamp had so many people looking at it, but not a single offer. Then overnight… it sold at full asking price.

The best part? My friend Kelly and I are taking a little road trip to hand-deliver it to its new home in Philadelphia. No shipping worries, no chance of damage—just a happy buyer and a very excited seller.

If you’ve ever thought about selling vintage online or opening an Etsy shop, feel free to ask me anything in the comments or send me a message. I’m always happy to share what I’ve learned.

I had absolutely NO idea what this was when I pulled it out of a fill-a-bag estate sale. šŸ˜‚

I knew it was heavy, vintage, and made in Italy…but that was about it. A little research later, I learned it’s a vintage Columbus pasta machine, and even the Italian markings tell part of its story.

Unfortunately, mine is missing the crank handle and table clamp, so that definitely affects the value—but it was still such a fun piece to research and a great reminder that you learn something new with every vintage find.

Would you have grabbed it, or left it behind? šŸ‘‡

Some antique shops just feel like home. šŸ¤ā˜•ļø

Stopped by Salem Market House in Salem, NJ, and left with more than just treasures. The owners were incredibly kind, made me a cup of coffee, introduced me to sweet Jax 🐶, and let me wander through booth after booth of vintage goodness.

This is where I found the pink milk glass, the cast iron eagle bell, Chris’ vintage fishing reel, and even spotted those adorable lady head vases! If you’re anywhere near South Jersey, this shop is absolutely worth the visit.

Support local. Hunt vintage. Meet good people. ā¤ļø

Estate sale fill-a-bag sales are my weakness. šŸ˜‚

I almost dropped this vintage lunchbox before I realized the original Thermos was still inside… and then I had to call myself out because I said a similar one sold for $78. šŸ˜… Nope—it actually sold for $42.

That’s reseller life! Sometimes the finds are vintage, and sometimes the bloopers are too. šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Anyone else feeling a little Monday-ish? šŸ˜…

The thrift hauls are fun… but the sourcing, cleaning, photographing, listing, packing, shipping, and balancing it all with a full-time job? That’s the part people don’t always see.

If you’re building a side hustle one listing at a time, I see you. ā¤ļø Hang in there. We’ve got this ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹

I said I wasn’t buying any more… and then I saw vintage Tupperware. šŸ˜‚šŸ’›

I’ve learned not to pass it up because these pieces have a loyal following and they’ve been selling really well in my Etsy shop. Yard sales keep proving that the best treasures are hiding in plain sight!

Would you have grabbed these or left them behind?

Grandpa’s garage find turned into a pretty great flip! šŸ‘“šŸ»

I paid just $5 for this vintage Kenmore metal fan. It still worked, oscillated, and was surprisingly powerful—and it sold on Etsy in only 7 days for $78!

Would you have grabbed it?

Two hours digging through a dirty barn later… and this is what came home with me šŸ˜‚ I found a LOT, but these vintage kitsch pieces were my top three highlights: a Relpo baby head, an Inarco poodle head vase, and the sweetest little Relpo bassinet planter.

Was I dusty and completely disheveled by the end? Absolutely. Was it worth it? Also absolutely. šŸ‘¶šŸ»šŸ©

I guess I’m officially the Canister Queen because I did it again! šŸ˜‚

I paid $25 for this vintage canister set, and I didn’t hesitate because every set I’ve picked up lately has sold. Sometimes you just know a good buy when you see one.

The best part of the stop, though, wasn’t the canisters—it was the conversation. The woman hosting the yard sale told me that because they’re in the heart of Amish country, she gives rides to Amish neighbors when they need to get to places like doctor’s appointments or the bank. I love hearing the stories behind the places I shop almost as much as I love the treasures I find.

Vintage finds and unexpected conversations… that’s why I keep going.
