I found a needle and it made me think of "The dangers of throwing used drug needles on the ground" instead of disposing them in the right garbage can can be incredibly serious and have long-term consequences. Decriminalization of hard drugs is a controversial topic that has been widely debated for decades. On the one hand, it could mean an end to the costly and ineffective war on drugs, which has caused tremendous suffering and injustice. On the other hand, it could lead to an increase in drug use, as well as an increase in other associated problems such as crime and public health issues. www.YourworthIt.life

Despite the potential risks, I believe that the pros of decriminalization of hard drugs outweigh the cons. The benefits of decriminalization include reduced incarceration rates, reduced stigma, increased safety, and the ability to focus resources on providing support and treatment for those affected by drug use.

Decriminalization would also mean that fewer people are arrested, prosecuted and incarcerated for drug-related offences. This would free up resources that could be used more effectively to fight more serious crimes. 2 years ago, I was shocked to discover that my neighbor had installed a camera on the front of my house to record when emergency services had come to revive my friends who had overdosed on drugs. He would then take said footage and post it on Facebook mocking and laughing at when someone overdosed. That's someone s loved one. Loss of life is not a funny matter. And even now I'm clean he
has the camera up there but no content.

I was appalled that my neighbor would stoop so low as to spy on me. I thought of all the potential implications of having a camera recording my home’s activities. I felt violated and pi**ed that someone was watching me and my family.

It got me thinking about how a person’s privacy is constantly being threatened by the surveillance technologies available to us today. We have become a society that is constantly being monitored. There are cameras everywhere, from streets to stores, and now even in our homes.

It’s a scary thought that someone can be watching us from afar without us even knowing it. We have a right to our privacy, and it’s disheartening to think that someone can take that away from us without our consent.

It’s important to speak out and make sure that our rights are being respected. We must demand that our privacy is protected and that cameras and other surveillance technologies are used only with our consent. We must stay vigilant and remember that the power of surveillance is in our hands.
