ome on evenings & weekends, Ben succeeded in creating one of the most delicious & unique chocolates being manufactured today. The result from his kitchen was the Sweet Sloops®, a sailboat shaped piece of almond buttercrunch toffee, covered in white chocolate dipped in dark chocolate and crushed pecans. His son said they looked like sailboats; his wife said "sweet sloops" and Harbor Sweets was launched!
