Mark your Calendar next Saturday February 8th kicks off our $1.00 sale at Two Sisters Resale shop!! We will be open from 10am-3pm. This includes clothing, jewelry, Knick knacks, books and other misc items.
My mother Deidre Jones decided she was going to give this one last chance at having a resale shop where you can still buy nice items for a reasonable price here in Salem, IL. She was unable to have the store up and running consistently for several years due to being the main caregiver for my grandparents. She has made many attempts to try to get the store running on and off throughout the years. But now that my grandparents are in a better place and now my mother is able to dedicate herself to her shop.
Her dream has always been able have a shop that offers the community a place to shop where it’s affordable. She always enjoys being able to give back to the community. During her 26+ years of business she has given back to the community on several different occasions such as the local animal shelter, the homeless, those who lost everything in fires and much more. This is something she’s truly passionate about.
She’s been working on brain storming on how she can revamp her store. She has invested in new inventory she’s been working daily on preparation for a grand reopening. We decided it was best to open up with a $1.00 sale and work on clearing some room for the inventory she’s been working on. We spent a lot of time today wrapping up preparing for this sale and feel comfortable with opening the doors next Saturday.
Also, for those who have messaged asking about donations. She does take donations we would just need to schedule a drop off time if that is something your interested in.
