A friend came to me with this gorgeous shawl as the inspiration and I’m so happy we were able to come up with something for the wedding they’re attending this weekend. I guess it really is a vampire‘s world and we’re just living in land. From the tech moguls sucking our lakes dry with data centers, to the constant gore in the news, to the debut of The Vampire Lestat have been on my mind a lottt lately. I’m not sure how else to cope then keep my hands busy with Chainmail... I made this necklace with stainless steel rings, onyx beads and faceted Czech glass teardrops. It has an extra long extension chain so you can wear it long or choker style. I’ll be making this same style into various colors, next on my to do list is a light bridal blue with aquamarine and a green theme with malachite. Choose from a wide variety of colors on my Etsy page, bridal, costume and specialty projects welcome!

(Sold) This was a custom order for a friend who’s a and I’m so excited to see how the fit moves with the racer back design. I wanted to make “plaid” with Japanese Chainmail flowers and can definitely make this as a mini dress or overlay. Though this one is off to a new home, I’m happy to replicate it and will be listing it on etsy as made to order 😉
