Vendor Newsletter – May 2026
Dear Vendors,
I want to start by sincerely thanking each of you for your continued support and partnership. We truly appreciate having you as part of our community!
Vendor Night
To all our new vendors, welcome! We’d like to remind everyone that Vendor Night is held every Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. During these hours, the store is open to vendors only, making it the perfect time to restock your booth without interruption.
Barcodes
We’ve recently begun testing our new barcode system. If you’d like to participate in the trial, please let the front desk know — we’d be happy to help you get set up. This system will significantly reduce errors and help speed up the checkout process for your customers. I highly recommend joining the trial while we’re still in the early stages. It’s a learning opportunity for all of us, and we’re excited to see the positive impact it will have.
Online Auction
We’re thrilled to announce that we will soon be launching an online-only auction! Our first weekly auction will take place the week of May 17th–23rd. If you’re interested in learning more or participating, please reach out to the front desk. We believe this will provide another great opportunity to drive additional sales for everyone.
Important Notices
Please note that we now require a 30-day written notice to receive your deposit refund when vacating your space. We’ve also introduced official termination forms that must be signed and submitted to provide proper notice. Last-minute cancellations will unfortunately no longer qualify for a deposit refund.
Booth Maintenance
We’ve noticed that several vendors who were previously doing very well have seen a drop in sales after stepping back from regularly working their booths. Your booth truly is what you make of it! We strongly encourage everyone to tend to their space at least once a week. Even small efforts — such as adding new items, running a promotion, or simply rearranging your display — can make a dramatic difference. Our repeat customers notice when booths stay the same for too long. A little regular attention and “elbow grease” can really help your sales skyrocket.
Thank you again for being such an important part of our store. Your success is our success, and we’re grateful to have you with us.
Best regards,
Nick
