Almond Pollination 2026 Outbound

Nothing unusual. We shipped a lot of bees at a very high pace. The warm weather had everything blooming early in other states, so beekeeper's were anxious to get their bees back & on a honey flow as soon as possible.

We were also on a mission to race gas prices that seemed to increase each day. We didn't sleep much. I sat at a stop sign waiting for it to turn red. Now it's on to the Spring work! My favorite season of beekeeping!

It's always a wild ride. We were a little behind this year waiting for the Florida bees to arrive. Many needed a little more time to recover from their freak snow storms. The buds are starting to pop open as we push to get the last few thousand hives placed.

Happy Lunar New Year Everyone (or Tết Nguyên Đán in Vietnamese)!

Our menu just got an update and we're pretty excited about it!

We're happy to introduce four new sandwiches to our selection, as well as a side salad option and two new dressings!

Come on in and try a Pork & Greens Bánh Mì (a new family favorite)! Or how about a Hot Honey Chicken Bánh Mì featuring honey from The Beekeeper's Honey Boutique? In a breakfast sort of mood? We've got a new Egg Bánh Mì as well! And if you're looking for a vegan option, grab a Braised Mushroom or Veggie Bánh Mì as a salad with either Passion Fruit Vinaigrette or Honey Sesame Dressing!

Our custom wood burned gift boxes are such a unique & beautiful way to present your gifts this year. Filled with wood shred & wrapped in twine with a dried flower on top. These are a sweet keepsake that will be cherished for years to come.
