It is rare to have a department that is so well versed in not just basic skills but advanced.

When we say "department" we don't mean "some members" but a whole department. It takes a culture focused on training, physical fitness, and advancing the mission.

We were blessed to get to train for 6 days with the Sedgwick County Fire District 1. Truly a department of professionals.
