Your source for Haitian metal sculptures and other Fair Trade folk art from Haiti. Whether it is for your home or garden, metal wall art is universally wonderful! Haitian metal art is handmade by village artisans and created from recycled metal steel oil drums. Most importantly tho, it is Fair Trade, so everyone benefits, including you! You will also find fabulous Latin American folk art. There is everything from carved wooden Santos and textiles from Guatemala, mantas and masks from Bolivia, ceramic art from Mexico, retablos from Peru, painted furniture from Ecuador, and authentic Day of the Dead decor from throughout the region. Y’all asked, and we listened. We are having our first warehouse sale this Sunday, July 26th! It’s ONE day only from 9am to 4pm. Grab your friends, some coffee and head on out to our warehouse. Early birds will have the widest selection but if you can’t make it until later, rest assured we have enough for everyone. So shop for yourself, for a friend or get your holiday gifts in early this year. And as always, shop confidently knowing that every purchase directly makes a difference in the lives of our artists. For all the plant lovers out there, this is such a fun way to create a unique, colorful and whimsical propagation station and it’s simple! All you’ll need is some cuttings from your favorite plant, a shot glass, a little bit of water, and one of our Guatemalan face vases…. Put the shot glass in the vase, fill with water, add your cuttings and done!

Beautiful, vintage chapati bowls hand-carved from a single piece of wood. These wooden bowls were originally used to mix dough or used as trays by women to carry things for trade around the village. As they are true, vintage, preloved chapti bowls, there are signs of life and use. True pieces of craftsmanship.
