Yep. A whole lot more than cracked screens.

Phones — iPhone and Samsung. Tablets and MacBooks. Game consoles, including the PS5 and Xbox HDMI ports most shops won't touch. Screens, batteries, charging ports, cracked backs.

Not worth fixing? I sell tested and inspected pre-owned phones, graded so you know exactly what you're getting.

A damaged HDMI port is one of the most common reasons a PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, or Xbox One stops showing a picture.

Bent pins, a loose port, or a port that has been pushed into the console can often be repaired without replacing the whole system.

Back glass, not the whole phone. 🙌

This iPhone 16 came to me with the back shattered — glass missing around the camera, cracks running down the body. The kind of damage that makes people assume the phone is done.

It isn't. I replaced the back with a genuine Apple part, and it left looking like it did the day it came out of the box. That part carries a 90-day warranty.

This iPhone 16 came to me with a display full of colored lines, a large blacked-out area, and almost no usable screen.

The HDMI port wasn't the only problem. 😳

This PS5 came to me for an HDMI repair. When I opened it up, the cooling fan was packed solid with dust and hair.

To be clear — I'm not saying the dust caused the HDMI failure. It was a separate problem hiding in the same console, and the before-and-after was too good not to show you.

Buildup like that restricts airflow, so the console has to work harder to cool itself. While it was already open on my bench, I cleaned the fan out so it could actually move air again.

Salisbury is our game console shop — dedicated console room, micro-soldering bench, the whole setup. So if your PS5 has no picture, a damaged HDMI port, or a fan that keeps getting louder, bring it by and I'll tell you what it actually needs before you approve anything.

New this month: we're open Saturdays 10am–2pm in Salisbury now — bring the console by on a weekend.

Some phone problems can't wait.

I've added after-hours emergency appointments at the Salisbury shop — bookable online, with current availability always showing right in the scheduler.

Book online, grab an "After-Hours Emergency" slot, and pay the invoice to lock it in — your appointment is confirmed once it's paid, and I'll meet you at the shop. There's a flat $60 emergency fee on top of the repair, shown up front before you book. No surprises, ever. These slots are appointment-only.

Regular hours haven't changed (Mon–Thu 10–5, Fri 10–4). This is for the mornings it truly can't wait.
