Employee Spotlight: Kirstin Smith 🌿

Known around The Mill Salisbury as Kay, Kirstin joined our team in November 2025 as a warehouse associate and quickly found her footing on the retail floor as she soaked up product knowledge across nearly every department we carry.

She is our go-to floater, always ready to step in wherever she is needed without a second thought, and that kind of reliability is something you genuinely cannot teach.

Raised on an 11 acre farm with horses, cows, and chickens, Kay brings a real agricultural background to every conversation she has with our customers. Outside of The Mill she is a mom to an 8 year old son and is certified in mechanical work and painting and refurbishing cars.

Stop in at The Mill Salisbury and say hello to Kay. 🌿
