Hi guys! I know it's been a loooong time since I've posted anything but my family experienced a tragic loss that no one saw coming. It hit us all like a brick wall and came out of nowhere. Originally my Auntie was the brains behind the candles. I may have perfected the recipe, lol, but there would have been nothing to perfect without her. She bought all the equipment and some scents and dappled with different waxes and combinations before she found the candle she was looking for. It takes a lot of time and effort to start a small company from scratch. When my amazing Auntie and her husband downsized before moving out of state she offered the company to my Mother (her sister) and myself because she thought it had promise and she was right. We made some small changes and started to use essential oils among other things that shall remain secret. My Auntie was so proud, which made me over the moon. My Auntie has always been like a 2nd Mom to me and I always loved any time we spent together. Even when she was teasing me with the same story she'd been teasing me with for over 10 years. If you know, you know. I can't imagine another Thanksgiving without her teasing me with that damn story.
But alas, we lost my beautiful Auntie way before her time. Now making the candles just isn't the same. So I've been absent for a while but I've decided it's time to honor my Auntie and keep making the amazing candles that started as a simple idea then turned to a family business to be proud of and hopefully one day I can find the perfect smell to embody my Auntie. I can't quite pin down a name though. "Rebecca's Garden" or "Beckys Feild of Flowers" maybe "Aunties Christmas Tree" because she loved Christmas so much she had a tree in every room. Whatever name won't matter as long as when I light the wick I smell the things that help me keep her alive for me. That's what matters most, I just want her to know how much I love her and miss her every day. So keep your eyes out, we will be back and better than ever because now I have a guardian angel looking out for me.

None of this would be possible without our CEO/ Mom and our CFO/The Wifey.I would be lost with without them both.

Here is a sneak peek at our newest and most highly demanded candle that will be ready to purchase very soon. Humboldt has been a widely sought out scent and I'm so proud that we are so close to making it available to the public. We assure all of our customers that our " Humboldt " does not contain and C*D oils or THC additives. We are experimenting with a company in Colorado to see if at some point down the line our candles could be used medicinally, Earth Scents Candles has had to take a backseat for quite some time and I couldn't be happier to get back to business! Thank you to all of our loyal fans and supporters.
Within the next month, business will be back to usual. I can't express my gratitude to all the people showing their constant love and support. Watch out world, Earth Scents Candles is back and better then ever!

Candles are surprisingly like w**e, they need to age. So our latest and greatest, "Maui Breeze" is poured but not quite ready to go home with anyone yet. Definitely worth the wait!
