Our first Herbal Happy Hour was a success! 🎉😭✨

Thanks to everyone who showed up, asked questions, and let me rant about our herbal friends. Grateful for all of you who continue to support me and our classes over these last few years.

In this class, we made herbal bitters….some folks made digestive bitters, some made bitters to enhance their mocktails, and some made tinctures focused on what they would like to improve, we also made our own medicinal customized sugar and salt rim for all of those fun summer drinks 🍹

Y’all we had so much at this, we are going to do it again! ✨If you missed this one, our next Herbal Happy Hour will be in mid August, so keep an eye out for those details coming soon 💖🫶 Who ready for the next one?

When ya girl gets passionate she talks with her hands 🤌😂 but really though, My heart is SO full after Fireweed Market. 🌿🥲

This was my very first time bringing my tea collection to market, and the support you all showed not only me, but every vendor, means more than words can express.

Thank you for showing up, shopping small and supporting the many makers, artists, and small business owners who poured their hearts into their work. Every purchase, kind word, and conversation makes a difference.

Getting to share my herbalism practice is a gift in itself, but seeing the wonder in someone’s eyes when they discover that healing can begin with something as simple as a cup of herbal tea is what truly lights me up.

Today feels really special. 🌿✨

I’m so excited to finally share that I completed my 100-Hour Herbalism Program through This journey deepened my connection to the plants, to the earth, and to the way I approach healing through herbalism and skincare.

Every class I teach, every tea blend I formulate, and every skincare product I create is rooted in the belief that plants hold so much wisdom and care for us.

Moving forward, I’ll also be sharing more about herbs, their herbal actions, and the ways they support the body as a way to bring more plant knowledge and education into this space. One of my favorite parts of herbalism is helping people feel more connected to the natural world and more confident working with plants in everyday life. 🌼

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, taken my classes, trusted my products, and encouraged me along the way. This is only the beginning. 🍃🫶

Classes are officially back at Navire 🌿✨

I’m so excited to partner with again for our Herbal Happy Hour, an evening centered around botanical mocktails, herbal education, and hands-on creativity. This class is all about exploring fun, approachable ways to work with herbs while gathering together in a cozy community space.

Throughout the evening, we’ll taste refreshing non-alcoholic herbal drinks, learn simple herbal mixology techniques, and create custom herbal bitters and botanical sugar or salt rims to take home for future drinks and gatherings. Whether you’re brand new to herbalism or already love working with plants, this class is designed to feel grounding, creative, and welcoming.

One of my favorite things about herbalism is learning how connected everything in the body really is.

Skin can sometimes reflect what is happening deeper within us: digestion, stress, nourishment, hydration, nervous system support, and how well the body is eliminating what it no longer needs.
