Those eyes get me every time. She’s tucked away like a little moonbeam hiding in the shadows, but those gorgeous eyes still shine right through. Sweet, mysterious, and absolutely beautiful. She has a way of looking at you like she knows every secret in the world and is deciding whether or not to tell you. 💙

The babies came up to the door like they were ready to come inside for snacks, snuggles, and maybe a little trouble… and the dogs were on the other side trying to figure out who invited the tiny hoofed toddlers to the front porch. 😂
This is farm life at its sweetest. Dogs in the window, baby goats on the porch, chickens nearby, and a whole lot of love wrapped up in one busy little farmstead.
Around here, there’s always something cute happening. That’s just how we do it at Hens and Hooves Farmstead. 🤍

Small goats, BIG goodness. 🐐💜

This is exactly why I love my Nigerian Dwarf goats so much. They may not be the biggest milk producers, but their milk is rich, creamy, and full of that wonderful butterfat that makes goat milk so special.

Here at Hens and Hooves Farmstead, our goats are more than just farm animals. They’re porch therapy, heart medicine, and part of what makes our handmade goat milk soaps and farmstead products so special.

Good morning from the front porch. ☀️🐐
I’m sitting out here watching these sweet baby goats play, and I swear they are better than therapy. There’s just something about their little jumps, tiny voices, and happy hearts that makes the whole world feel lighter.
I love my Nigerian Dwarfs. They may be small, but they bring so much joy, personality, and goodness to the farm. Great little milk goats, full of sweetness, and never short on entertainment.
Days like this remind me how blessed I am. Fresh air, sunshine, baby goats, and a grateful heart. God sure knew what He was doing when He made these little porch-side blessings. 🤍🐐🌿

📖 Revelation Chapter 8

Chapter 8 is a solemn reminder that heaven is never unaware of what is happening on the earth.

There was silence in heaven.
Not confusion.
Not weakness.
Silence.

A holy pause before judgment.

We see the prayers of God’s people rise before Him like incense, and that alone is powerful. Every prayer, every tear, every cry for justice is heard by God. Nothing has been ignored.

Then the trumpets begin to sound.

Chapter 8 shows that judgment is real, God is holy, and the earth is not outside His control. What looks like chaos to us is still under His authority. Even in the warnings, we see the mercy of God, because warnings are meant to wake people up before it is too late.

This chapter speaks loudly:
God hears.
God sees.
God responds.

It is a call for us to stay awake spiritually, stay faithful, and stay anchored in the Lord no matter how dark this world becomes.

✨ Even in silence, God is working.
✨ Even in judgment, God is righteous.
✨ Even in shaking, God is still on the throne.

Fresh restock at my booth and I’m so excited to share what’s new! 🐐🧼🥚📚
I just restocked my handmade soaps, brought in fresh farm eggs, added a few new scents, and yes, my books are there too! So whether you’re coming for good soap, farm-fresh eggs, a new read, or just a little small-town shopping, there’s plenty to enjoy.
But what makes this place so special is that it’s bigger than one booth. There are so many wonderful vendors under one roof, each bringing something different to the table. From food to clothes to gifts and handmade treasures, there really is something here for everyone.
And I want to give a special shoutout to Jessica, because she has poured her heart and soul into this beautiful space. It’s such a blessing to watch so many women come together, support one another, and build something meaningful with no competition, just community, encouragement, and heart.
