Ode to Davenport Peanut Brittle Have you ever stayed at the Davenport Hotel in Spokane Washington? If you have, I’m sure you recognize this peanut brittle immediately. The Davenport is known for its soft flaky peanut brittle. Once you’ve had it all other peanut brittle pales in comparison. I’ve set out to re-create it for all of you that have either never tried it or don’t get to Spokane very often. I think I did a pretty good job if I do say so myself. The layers are flaky and buttery and bursting with peanut goodness! Give it a try… You won’t be sad.

The holiday collection is live! This is bp chocolates take on the viral Dubai Bar. I had no idea what the fuss was until I tried it myself. I’m OK if nobody buys this. I would not be sad to eat them all.
