Went to the sweetest baby shower this weekend where we got to make our own flower bouquets and bring them home, at first I put all of them together in a old pitcher then I thought I’ve got all those castor sets they make the cutest vases, I have 4, which is probably 3 too many but only because they never made it to Violet Rose, one of the many perks of estate saling over the years 💜💜
I did buy one that had no jars and they’re hard to find, I think I paid $1. For that one…..which was too good a deal to pass up Sheri Hiller Norton

Well I officially finished the den, I thought I was done already but every time I would see that ottoman online I would think I need that, Ill just use it as extra seating and I really needed an extra chair didn’t know I was going to have to put it together from scratch…..the hubby may have to redo the ottoman feet but it works for now💜
Honestly the stack of books in all the colors in the room really got the wheels turning,

Well I’ve been a busy girl this week, this is the garden off the bunkhouse, I call it the fairy garden, I still have the garden on the side but that’s for another day, I found the chairs this week and I love them…. I have a bit of a rust theme going on, they fit perfect with my favorite vintage rocker/recliner that has many layers of oil cloth 💜

The befores of a vegetable garden that just wasn’t vedging anymore and the afters of the new butterfly garden, good grief this was an all day, 3 trip to the garden center adventure….my eyes havnt sweated like this since I use to paint furniture outside!! 🐝💜🌺🐿️

Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all you special moms, shout out to my mom in heaven, I was blessed with the best….you drug me to garage sales, antique stores and plant nurseries, and I swore I’d never do that to my kids!! Haha…. oh mom everything I am I owe to you, I have drug my kids to many garage sales, estate sales, and all three have gone to the plant stores in all their different towns and as for the antique stores well that worked into a pretty sweet profession!! I love you mom today and everyday, Happy Mothers Day ❤️🌺 123….

Went back to the coast this weekend for an appointment, did a little junkin found these Boy Scout mugs for the camper, did alot of plant shopping, a lot of eating at our fave places and of course had to squeeze in the ocean air and can’t forget a trip to the Pumphouse 💜

It has been a process but it is finished….I needed a project, good grief this was a big one,but we’re happy with the results!! We had a leak a slow one at first and it did alot of damage in the ceiling, pretty much everything has been replaced!! ok rest for a minute then onto the next adventure, old houses are full of character and charm and constant repair 💜💜
Ps…..I loved it before, but definitely time for an up do
