Here at BSA the rivers of the Texas Hill Country have given us so many peaceful mornings fly fishing in clear waters, long hikes through rugged beauty, and nights under starry skies around a campfire. These places aren't just part of the land they're part of who we are.
That’s why it’s especially heartbreaking to see the recent flooding that has swept through these cherished areas. Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the devastation. We are thinking of the families who have lost loved ones or are still waiting for news of missing family, neighbors and friends. We’re holding space for the communities that will be working to recover, rebuild, and heal.
Nature gives, and sometimes, it takes. But the spirit of the Hill Country and the people who love it is strong. Please stay safe, and if you’re able, consider supporting local recovery efforts. 💔
