💳 Policies & Payment
Payment Upfront: To lock in your spot on my production schedule, all custom orders must be paid in full upfront before design work or crafting begins (no deposits or partial payments).
Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of custom items, all sales are final once approved and produced.

🎨 Custom Order & Design Process
Getting Started: Once payment is received, your design process begins!
Details Required: Please send over all text, photos, logos, or inspiration images upfront.
Mockup Approval: You will receive a digital proof/mockup to review and approve before production. (We will fine-tune it until you love it!)

⏱️ Turnaround Time (TAT) & Rush Options
Standard TAT: 3–5 business days (starting the business day after payment and mockup approval).
Rush Orders: Need your item fast? Rush processing is available for an add-on fee depending on item availability and timeline ⚡

📦 Pickup vs. Shipping
Local Pickup: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of completion notice.
After 7 days: A storage fee will apply.
After 14 days: Orders will be shipped to you at your expense (local pickup option will expire).
Shipping: Nationwide shipping is available straight to your door! 🚚✨
