We’re looking for a versatile, sharpshooter at the bench who can handle both Woodwind and Brass repairs without batting an eye. If you take pride in solid craftsmanship, practical problem-solving, a dependable work ethic and you enjoy a breakfast taco... you’ll fit right in with our crew.

Skill Set Preference:

Core Skills: Proven hands-on experience servicing Woodwinds and Brass. Yes, you will be working on all types of band instruments.

Background: Formal repair school training or equivalent hands-on shop experience. Recent trade school grads, come on down! We’re happy to help you turn that training into a fulfilling career.

Work Style: Structured and self-motivated. You can comfortably work independently, but you’re also ready to throw down with the team when the back-to-school rush hits like a sudden August thunderstorm.

Customer Service: A friendly, straight-shooting communicator who can explain a mechanical overhaul to a band director, a parent, or a wide-eyed middle schooler without confusing anybody.

Bonus Skill: Double reed repair experience. If you can tame an oboe without losing your mind, you’re practically royalty around here.

Position Details:

Type: Full-Time, On-Site (San Antonio, TX)

Compensation: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience at the bench.

Start Date: Immediate opening.
