A huge thank you to OnceMore Trading Cards for trusting us to bring their vision to life with this custom lineup of branded display stands and retail fixtures. Seeing a customer’s brand come together across an entire display collection is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

This project is extra special because it marks a major milestone for us — our FIRST EVER order shipped to the continent of Australia! 🌏

What started as an idea in our print room has now reached collectors and card shops across the globe, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the support from incredible customers like OnceMore Trading Cards.

🏔️⚡️ A wild custom display has appeared! ⚡️🏔️

Straight from the mountains and into the collection, these custom Pokémon-themed display stands are ready to become the centerpiece of any trainer’s showcase.

Huge thanks to mtnofcards for trusting us with this awesome project. From the mountain-inspired logo work to the Poké Ball details, this build was an absolute blast to bring to life. Seeing custom ideas evolve from concept to finished product is what it’s all about.

Whether you’re displaying your favorite chase card, a grail slab, or your entire collection, every great trainer deserves a legendary display.

I have gotten a lot of messages about the Print Farm layout. I wanted to post this for reference.

This is the current version of our P1S Print Wall. We have 6 Bambu Lab P1S split between two racks. There is future plans to add an additional pair of P1S’s to the top shelf.

Each shelf is fully independent, and mobile, to allow for easy maintenance access and flexibility.

Each shelf has 3 P1S Printers, 6 total AMS units (2 per printer which a lot of people will say is overkill) a Raspberry Pi 5 (to route the local webcams) an a monitoring screen + all necessary cable/power management.

After hitting constant bottlenecks on my previous setup (only 2 printers had 8 color capacity) I knew this iteration would be full 8 color for every printer. Having everything the same prevents any picking or choosing or production issues.

As I expanded my previous farm, USB bandwidth for cameras quickly became another bottleneck. To solve that we have invested in dedicated Raspberry Pi’s to monitor up to 4 printers each. These then are streamed onto an IP feed and picked up at our main hub through OBS.

This OBS stream will be live 24/7 at printfarm.live as well as Printfarm.live

Using the MacBook to remote in to my primary PC, I can leave this entire room to just be used for production.

Of course the entire farm is being powered by SimplyPrint as well as our 3D Farmers printers in the garage!

More improvements and updates to come but I wanted to share this with everyone who has been asking!

Another custom retail display headed out the door. 🔥

A huge thank you to Calder City Sports Cards for trusting us with this project. We had the opportunity to create a custom branded display stand designed specifically for showcasing their hockey and lacrosse card inventory while bringing their branding front and center.

Seeing our products make their way into card shops and retail environments is something we’re incredibly proud of, and we’re grateful for every shop that gives us the chance to bring their vision to life.

We’re proud to unveil our very first retail display environment project, created alongside the incredible team at FS/FT

When FS/FT approached us with a vision for a premium retail display solution for their magnetic card cases, we knew this project had to be something special. Together, we designed and brought to life these custom gold and black retail display stands—built to showcase collectibles with the same level of quality and presentation that collectors expect from the products themselves.

From concept sketches to final production, every detail was carefully considered to create a display that feels as premium as the cards it will hold.

Seeing our products move beyond hobby rooms and into a true retail environment is a huge milestone for us, and we couldn’t be happier to have shared that journey with FS/FT.
