It's ok to need a medicine to thrive or just get by.
Staying in equilibrium with multiple chronic illnesses is a LOT of work.
Clawing your way out of an acute crisis is even more of a feat.
You don't have to be positive, strong or inspirational.
Get your flu shot and adult boosters (if your doc says it's ok).
You are enough.
