Three activation concepts. One (fictional) client. 🏀

Over the past week, I had a lot of fun imagining what a Spurs VIP hospitality experience could look like - from arrival gifts to Texas-inspired keepsakes and personalized memorabilia.

While these concepts were created purely as a creative exercise, they highlight something I love about live event artistry: the opportunity to turn ordinary objects into memorable experiences.

Whether it’s a sponsor event, client appreciation gift, conference/expo, or brand activation, personalization has a way of making people feel seen, welcomed, and connected to the moment. This series started out with some Spurs-inspired fun, but the idea behind it is very real.

These women kept me on my toes with their engraving requests - nicknames, sports teams, and short phrases - and this one just took the cake for me. It is the perfect engraving for a compact mirror!

This event deserves another spot on the grid - as the whole wedding just breathed ease and of the love for Alison and Ryan, as well as their 50 closest friends and family. Alison and Ryan love to travel - this was reflected in the names of the table numbers, as well as in the luggage tags I had the privilege of personalizing for their guests!
Many came back for seconds once it was clear we had plenty ✨.

Boring favors out - live personalization in!
I had the privilege of foiling luggage tags for and Ryan’s wedding guests, to commemorate their love for travel. These made for the perfect wedding favors, and guests came back for seconds as soon as it was clear we had extras!
