It's Race Day! We let the racers change up the on-road track last night so you'll be facing a new challenge today, we think you'll like it. Brady Houston and Rob will be working the mic for ya today.

Grant Matsushima and Melinda Allen are at P1 Mini RC in Arizona running in the PNWC Southwest Regionals, both are doing pretty well. It's a fantastic venue!

As you know we had an epic flood at Drift Away yesterday. The Mall did good getting their staff to mop the place up and get it drying out. We didn't think there was a chance we'd get it open last night, but RC Drift Network to the rescue! Aaron Mulder, Jesus Sambrano, Trace Warden, Hector Trevino, and Luis Nieves showed up and got it open. Along with a deep cleaning. Thank you guys so very, very much!

You may have noticed some changes in our store over the last few weeks. We've opened up a new section, Just Keep Blooming, and we are enjoying every minute of it!

Hobby Therapy by RCHQ is a radical departure from the usual local hobby shop. There are so many benefits to engaging in hobbies, and our mission is to bring as many of them as we can to you. Our industry was never intended to be a place to save time and money — in fact, it's just the opposite. It's all about investing in yourself and others, and feeling better!

So... cue the Commodores' "Easy (Like Sunday Morning)" music. I started my day with a first — a Wellness Journal and a nice fountain pen to log my entries. I won't bore you with the details, but as I've aged (66 soon!), I've been very focused on my health, both physically and mentally. I'm currently wearing an Apple Watch, Oura Ring, and Fitbit — all at the same time, LOL. Now I have a place to untangle all that data by writing it down, following my guided journal, and... well... feeling better while doing it.

Never fear, we are still very focused on our RC business — in fact, we just announced we're hosting the PNWC North American Championship race this summer! We are starting to settle in from last years move and doing our best to get better at it every day.

It delights me to see so many people in our stores. We had a great crowd for last Friday's evening gathering, both in the main store and at Drift Away. Everyone sharing and playing! It was a wonderful place to be.

Thank you, Melinda Allen and Grant Matsushima, for putting this together and doing such amazing work. And finally, a HUGE thank you to everyone who has come out and supported us!
