having an awesome dinner with the hubby💕. Delicious! Simple, excellent interior Mexican food. My husband and I were blown away. The papas endiabladas, volcanes, enmoladas, and carnitas de puerco were amazing.
The potatoes were small roasted potatoes in an adobo, chipotle, lime sauce.
The Volcanes were amazing, one of the best tostada chips I've ever had in my life! And the Carne Asada was very tender.
The Carnitas de puerco were amazing as well, slow stewed meat perfectly seasoned.
The chicken enmoladas were in a true brown molé sauce.
Also they bring out these Fried corn cakes with excellent salsa's; caution the sauces are very spicy.
I am very sorry, I did not get a picture of the pork.

This enhancer was made by my good friend Ann Pearce Jewelry & Beads from fire opals that Roland Perez and I bought in Mexico a few years back.
I thought it was time to design a necklace for it.
The necklace is rhodochrosite with sterling silver findings.
A perfect match.

Memories! Our vacation in 2015. We went there after my mom passed away from Alzheimer’s Disease. This picture was taken on June 21st to honor my mom and efforts for their signature event . This was where the idea for was born. The calm beauty of Ojai and the hospitable comfort of the Blue Iguana was exactly what my husband and I needed to recover and heal.
One of our best trips ever. 💜
