This is something I’m not sure how to begin so I’ll just get to the point. Hill Country Hobby is going out of business. It’s been a struggle over the past 4 years with declining sales and increasing costs, that it’s just not feasible to continue operations. I am grateful for all the support over the years with my customers continued business and want everyone to know it’s been greatly appreciated.
Starting Tuesday everything is on sale and must be sold.
All items will be 40% off and percentages will drop as needed.
If an item has a 30% sale tag it will be 60% off.
All decals and magazines are now $1.
I will no longer be ordering anything to restock or special order.
All sales are final.
The shelves, slat walls, and other fixtures are also for sale. If you are interested in purchasing any of that I’ll mark it down , and it can be picked up as they are emptied.
If you have or know anyone that has a model on display in the cases or hanging they will need to be picked up as well. Some of the built models do belong to the store and they will be available for sale.
Right now the plan is to be out of my location by thanksgiving.

Once again that you to all my customers over the years.

I’m tired dad! I’ll red a treat if you want me to put those out. Yes Finlay, you’ll get a treat. (As usual)

FYI, next Wednesday the 15th I will be closed Finlay says he can run the store but he doesn’t have a way to get here without me, so closed it is. I’ll be back on Thursday at regular hours.

Ok dad, I can walk pretty good now, but I still can reach the shelves. You’ll have to do the hard part.
