These two woman right here, the ones you’ve all come to know so well, they have made a lasting impact on the lives of so many. Stephanie has been with Tillage for 5 years, from the beginning. Avery joined us 3.5 years ago, just in time for the Covid craze and our busiest year on record. They have greeted every single customer with kindness, acceptance, and a willingness to educate that’s unmatched
I can confidently say that Tillage is a success because of their commitment and dedication to showing up each and everyday ready to work hard, and serve our community. These last few weeks have been a major shift and adjustment for all of us, and through it all they continue to show up and give it their all.
Working in a small business environment, you get to know each other very well. We spend our days working hard, chatting, sweating, talking through hard things, and at the end of each day, choosing to grow from all we’ve learned from one another.
Things don’t always work out the way we dream they will. But the dream we’ve lived together over the last 5+ years was beautiful, raw, and brave. I’m forever grateful for these two people who chose to make Tillage their home for so many years.
This is Stephanie and Avery’s last weekend working the shop, so come visit, and send them off with the love and support they deserve. 💛
