Sometimes the people we love are carrying burdens we can’t fix.

My sister has been walking through a season of anxiety, preparing, and waiting. I kept thinking of the perfect words to say, but the truth is... sometimes there aren’t any. The only thing I could honestly tell her was, **”Give it to God.”**

So instead of trying to solve what I couldn’t, I made her a comfort basket.

I filled it with a blanket, refillable chapstick, lotion, a candle, snacks, and little reminders to slow down, breathe, and rest. Not because those things take away the hard moments, but because everyone deserves to feel seen and loved while they’re walking through them.

Sometimes the greatest gift isn’t having the answers. It’s reminding someone they don’t have to carry the weight alone.

If someone you love is in a difficult season, check on them. Pray for them. Sit with them. Love them well.

And if you’re the one in the waiting, I pray you’re reminded today that God is already there. 🤍
